The City of Markham proclaimed February as Chinese Heritage Month in recognition of the invaluable contributions of the Chinese community to Markham’s cultural, economic, and social landscape.

 

To celebrate, Mayor Frank Scarpitti and I organized "We Are One Family" - a Traditional Chinese Costume Heritage Show on February 19, Family Day.
